Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1⁄2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 1⁄2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1⁄2 tsp Salt
- 1⁄2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1⁄2 tsp Dried Thyme
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and apply to a cut of meat such as: a rack of ribs
- Keep all leftover spice mix in a small air tight container
Notes
- This recipe makes enough spice rub to cover 1 rack of ribs plus a little extra
